(the Company), owners of e-b1s®, and the contributing authors expressly disclaim all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of anything done or omitted to be done wholly or partly in reliance upon the whole or any part of the contents of e-b1s®.   Transmission or receipt of this information is not intended to create and does not constitute a solicitor-client relationship.   The Company cannot be held responsible for any third party contents, which can be accessed through the web-site.

This is an information service only.   However, legal advice and drafting (general or otherwise) accessed through e-b1s® is provided by steeles, Solicitors.

The majority shareholders of e-b1s® are the equity partners of steeles, Solicitors.   The Company operates entirely outside the scope of the business carried on by steeles.   The statutory protection afforded generally to the clients of a solicitor’s professional practice does not extend to clients of the Company or users of e-b1s®.  

When necessary, e-b1s® will pass enquiries requiring legal advice to steeles, Solicitors or another firm of solicitors.   In the event that e-b1s® users become clients of steeles, Solicitors or another firm of solicitors then the normal client-solicitor relationship will apply.                           

Data Protection

In accordance with the Data Protection legislation the Company will take all proper steps to ensure that any information provided by you is protected.

If you choose to supply us with any information over the Internet (whether by means of this web-site or otherwise) then you do so at your own risk.

The Company accepts no responsibility for any harm suffered by you or your business as a result of any information so supplied and the liability of the Company in respect of the same is hereby excluded to the fullest extent possible by English law.

Before registering to use e-b1s®, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, you will be asked whether or not you consent to information we hold about you being passed to third parties.

Cookies are used in the e-b1s® product.   You may prevent their use by configuring your web browser to avoid their use.   However, this may reduce access to some aspects of e-b1s®.

Documents

Where you send to us or where you require us to send documents on disk or by electronic mail we will not accept any liability whatsoever for any damage whatsoever caused by computer viruses or as a result of their unauthorised access by third parties.

Enquiries

E-b1s® users are entitled to up to 15 minutes free guidance per topic. If further advice is needed, the user may agree separate instructions with the relevant professional adviser.

Privacy

e-b1s® leads the way in the modern delivery of  professional services to business.  Its aim is to move business forward because your business matters.   The Internet is not a secure medium.   By registering as a user, you expressly accept the e-b1s® Terms and Conditions set out here.

The Company is committed to protecting your privacy online.   We have taken steps to ensure that the information you share with us is protected.   To achieve this we use encryption technology to safeguard your data.   To help us with your security, you should keep your logon PIN secret.

What We Require From You

• Should you instruct steeles through e-b1s® to collect debts for you, you will pay steeles the Court fees and disbursements in advance.   You will become a client of steeles and be subject to their Terms and Conditions of business.

• Should you wish to write to us for any reason, please e-mail Business Alchemist Ltd.  at enquiries@e-b1s.com  or write to: 2 The Norwich Business Park, Whiting Road, Norwich NR4 6DJ.   We shall contact you at your business address unless you advise us otherwise in writing.

• In the event of breach by you of any of the terms of this Agreement we shall terminate this Agreement immediately, and upon such event you are required to return all papers, materials, disks and property whatsoever supplied to you by The Company.

• Service shall be effective by post within 48 hours of posting and by fax at the time of transmission confirmed to the sender on its fax transmission sheet.

Governing Law

Use of e-b1s® shall be subject to the laws of England, which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all permissions, exclusions, licences and conditions of use given above.   The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this product and its use.   If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be held unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever then such provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Intellectual Property

e-b1s® is a trade mark of the Company and all rights in and to this trade mark are reserved.   All intellectual property in the product and in all of the documents, files, graphs, devices, codes and links is owned by the Company.   All brand names and product names referred to in e-b1s® are trade marks or trade names of the Company and/or its third party suppliers as appropriate.  

The Copyright in this product and in all of the documents, files, graphics, devices, codes and links contained in them or linked to them is owned by the Company or by the publishers of those sites to which these pages may from time to time link.

Reproduction of part or all of the contents of these pages in any form is prohibited other than for the registered user’s own use only and may not be recopied and shared with a third party.   The permission to recopy by a registered user does not allow for incorporation of material or any part of it in any work or publication, whether in hard copy, electronic, or any other form.

Linked Sites

The content of any third party websites which are accessed through business 1 stop are entirely out of the control of business 1 stop, and you proceed at your own risk. The inclusion of these links in the business 1 stop website does not imply business 1 stop's endorsement of or association with any products, services, content, information or materials offered by or accessible to you at the third party site.

Single End-User Licence Agreement for e-b1s® Business 1 Stop

Business Alchemist Ltd. is the sole and exclusive owner of e-b1s®.  By accepting these terms and conditions, Business Alchemist Ltd. grants and you (either an individual or a single entity) accept a non-exclusive non-transferable single-user licence to use e-b1s® which can only be used by the licence holder.

It is a legal agreement between you and Business Alchemist Ltd. for use of the e-b1s® product identified above, which includes business guides, examples of documents and the on-line ability to create documents using the product.  

By accessing the product, copying, downloading or otherwise using the product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this licence.   If you do not agree to the terms of this licence, do not register as a subscriber.

Note: If you require a multi-user licence, please apply to enquiries@e-b1s.com for further information.   Business 1 Stop will contact you to arrange your licence and fee.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of use contain the entire agreement between the parties relating to use of the e-b1s® products.

Business Alchemist Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions when necessary.
